We support people transitioning from crisis to community.

Those we serve include single people, families, youth, veterans, senior citizens, people living with mental health concerns, disabilities, unemployment, substance misuse, post traumatic stress, abandonment, rejection and poverty. Our facilities and programs include emergency shelters, community residential facilities, supported housing, as well as a trustee program and a housing support program.

The ReBuilding – 19 units

Our Community Trustee Program serves over 150 people in the community (this includes single people, couples and families)

Our Housing Support Team work with hundreds of clients throughout HRM in need of affordable housing and support.
